Cropped Angles

Sandals; Urban Outfitters | Crop top; The Laundry Room | Shorts; DIY | Ring; Vanessa Mooney

Angles are deceiving. I'm not as tall as I look here (sometimes I wish I was, haha). But, this gray crop and the black lipstick have become my new favorite combo. I think I need to invest in some more gray shirts now. Also, I'm pretty stoked with how long my hair is getting. This is the longest it's been in years!! Let's see how much longer I can keep up with it before it becomes too much for me, haha.

See ya!

After falling in love with my purple crush Bad Vibes shorts, I had to get more. I ended up buying both the Prismatic (ones worn here) and the Champagne Supernova ones (they're gold and gorgeous, but we'll save those for another day). Pretty much, the combination of Bad Vibes shorts and Unif tees have been my summer wardrobe essentials.
Tomorrow I have my first exam in my summer bio class, so I should get off to studying.
Hope you all are doing well!

2014 Grads

Dress; Nasty Gal | Sandals; Nordstrom Rack | Kimono; The Laundry Room

So, my younger sister graduated from college Friday a week ago now. BA in Interior Design, and already landed a full time paid internship in her field. So proud of her!! This is what I wore to her graduation and dinner afterwards.

Yes, I am the shortest person in my entire family, haha!

Congrats to everyone else graduating this year!

What a blessing it is to live in California, with this wonderful weather. Not having to deal with the polar vortex here is pretty awesome. It was a bit windy this day (as I'm sure you can tell in a few of these), but the weather was wonderful nonetheless. I love shooting with my best friend. She gets better with it every time. If I'm being honest, this crop top was a bit out of my comfort zone. I usually wear crop tops that aren't so... Cropped. These shorts I got from Pac Sun a couple of years ago, but I hated the colors. White and pink. So, I decided to try dip dying them. I folded them in half and dyed the middle black (which ended up turning out gray, but I'm liking the effect anyway). Then one side purple, and the other blue. I'm really loving how they came out.
So I have started applying for jobs... In LA. Yeah. I think it's time I just throw myself out there and get out of Fresno, and living at home. Not going to lie, I'm absolutely terrified, but, it's time. If I don't push myself, then who will? I have applied for some pretty cool jobs there though, so prayers and good vibes would be appreciated. I'd be pretty stoked if I could land one of these.

Hope you all have wonderful week!

It's starting to feel like summer here in central California. Can't say I'm complaining too much. Time to wear nothing but shorts and tanks or dresses. It's always nice not to have to worry about trying to layer. The in between days are the worst, when it's too warm during the day to need a jacket, but cools off at night enough to wish you'd had one. My only qualm is having to bring out the sunblock to protect my delicate (and extremely pale, ha!) skin. I hate smelling like sunblock. I always end up forgetting just how many tattoos I have during the colder months, and am always a little surprised when it's time to break out the shorts. Funny how that works, isn't it?

Hope you guys have a great week!
